- The special category of the competition is the title of Hotel Investment of the Year 2025 according to the Readers of "Hotelarz". Its winner will be selected as part of the voting of the readers of "Hotelarz", who had the opportunity to vote for the submitted facilities via the website.
- The competition will be decided and the prestigious awards will be presented during the evening Gala at the industry forum - Hotel Investment Trends Poland & CEE

Winners of the HOTEL INVESTMENT OF THE YEAR Competition will be selected by means of a vote of the Jury in the following categories
- Interior Design Studio
- Architecture Firm of the Year
- Hotel Investor of the Year
- Hotel Investment of the Year
- “Hotelarz” Readers’ Hotel Investment of the Year

- Finalists in each of the categories will be selected and announced by the editorial board of “Hotelarz”, following consultations with the Jury.
- The independent Jury, consisting of industry organizations representatives, hotel chains CEOs, architects and designers (Jury composition will be announced in April 2025) will select winners from among the finalists.
- "Hotelarz" Readers’ Hotel Investment of the Year 2025 is a special category of the competition. Its winner will be selected by the votes of the “Hotelarz” readers who will be able to vote for the submitted facilities through an on-line app.
- Results of the competition, as well as the prestigious awards ceremony will take place during the evening gala of the Hotel Investment Trends Poland & CEE industry conference.
