The idea behind the “Hotel Investments of the Year” competition is to recognise the best investments, investors and companies working for the hotel industry, with the greatest impact on the development and image of Polish hospitality. In the HOTEL INVESTMENT OF THE YEAR 2026 competition, winners will be selected by the Chapter in the following categories:

  • Interior Design Studio
  • Architecture Firm of the Year
  • Hotel Investor of the Year
  • Hotel Investment of the Year
Competition Jury Competition Jury
  • The editorial board of Hotelarz, in consultation with the Chapter, will select finalists in each category and announce them publicly.
  • From among the finalists, an independent Chapter composed of representatives of industry organisations, hotel-network heads, architects and designers (jury to be announced in April 2026) will select the winners.
  • A special category is the “Hotelarz Readers’ Choice” Hotel Investment of the Year 2026, selected by readers through online voting.
  • The competition results and awards ceremony will take place during the evening gala at Hotel Investment Trends Poland & CEE.
