The theme of this year’s Forum is “From Vision to Success.” After several years of economic and geopolitical shocks, Poland’s hotel market is entering a new cycle: the cost of capital and construction is rising, demand structure is shifting, regulations are increasing, and long-term demographic and climate trends are becoming more visible.
