Dominika Pieloch

In 2025, Dominika Pieloch joined the myREST and Tiptip team as Chief Operating Officer, where she is responsible for optimizing operations and executing the company’s growth strategy — with a particular focus on expanding hotel-focused solutions.
Dominika is a graduate of West London University, holding a BA in Travel & Tourism Management and an MSc in International Business Management.

For the past 22 years, Dominika has lived in the United Kingdom, building a strong background in operational and managerial roles within London’s hospitality sector. As Regional Director at Z Hotels, she managed five hotel properties and oversaw the opening of new locations in central London. She also led key HR initiatives, including the development of diversity and inclusion strategies and the design and delivery of team training programs.

With her extensive hospitality expertise and passion for innovation, Dominika plays a vital role in supporting myREST’s mission — to deliver smart technology that simplifies daily operations for the hospitality and restaurant industries.
